I have updated to the last one, v61, and what you can see in the photo appears in the system info. Is it still with the same firmware that it had?: I do not understand anything because before flashing it came out the same and I have seen that it really It install files again, has rebooted, etc.

That's possible because new firmware means not new OS. Maybe they just updated one of the system apps or another system file.
In many cases it makes no sense to install each update - especially if you have a well running system.

Potrzebuję instalacji fabrycznych radia, może coś tam jest nie tak
z góry dziekuje za pomoc

Establish an internet connection. Maybe the device will activate itself.

If not you need a license.dat file. You can get it from the seller of the device.

One question, I can't find any restart option. I thought it was in the lowering bar but I don't have it.
Is there not that option?

restart in my unit is a external bottom in the screen frame, is a hole market by RST. In SW is the android factory reset

Exactly. The reset hole does not perform a reboot. It cuts off power temporarily.

Here you can find a Reboot.apk which creates an app icon to reboot the head unit:
