i was busy in installing viper4android but its not working.... always asking to install drivers

On stock? Nothing, partitions are read only.

Custom ROMs might work if they allow R/W
Read only as in because we don't have a proper TWRP? Or read only as in, yeah it'll boot, but can't write anything to storage after? I'm unclear there. I don't have a 9 Pro to test this myself, but I'm in this part of XDA because I'm heavily considering getting one lol

This has nothing to do with TWRP. This is how Google has decided phones launched with A10+ should be.
