So I just got my Nexus 7 in the mail today, and I am totally liking this thing. It's nice to hold and feels just right. Literally, the first thing I did to the Nexus was unlock it, root it, and just flashed another ROM... all in the same hour. Yep, that's me.
Some things... not so good, though. I inspected my tablet, no screen separations, everything's all good. But when I went to charge the tablet, it wouldn't charge. The percentage stayed at 0% for over an hour. So I took out the cable and tried charging it with my Nexus S 4G's cable and sure enough, it worked nicely, tablet started charging.
So in the end, I apparently got a defective USB cable that does nothing but look pretty, but that's it. I'm in love with this tablet, and I'd totally recommend it to any Android Power User out there. c:
Out of curiosity, anyone else have the same charging issue as I?
