Trust me you don't want to do that. I called Verizon last night about changing the delivery address to my office instead of my home. They said they would have to cancel the whole order, put me at the bottom of the pre-order list with a new order. No thank you I said.

Get out of Big Reds thread. :p j/k

Hopefully our Note's arrive the first week of October. :highfive:

We appreciate the info ezgoing
Haha. I hope everyone's arrives next week, so we can start getting some developing in across the carries. :D

Also if Verizon is set to launch early, then AT&T must be too since their original launch date is a lot sooner than Verizons. **Fingers Crossed**

Plus I have a special treat for you all. Before it even gets released to you all.. Full root access. Just waiting on one ingredient from someone to give me the unlock key.. Which I will be getting that next week. . twrp recovery and superuser is already on standby...

Save yourself the problem.. Don't ask.

Unless VZW changed their plans, this should be locked down like the current S4 with ME7. Root perhaps, but the other stuff might end up being SS like with post ME7 S4's. I do not like SS since enough storage is already consumed by the stock rom and allocation. At least the N3 has about 15GB more space than what most S4 owners have.

Wow. This is fantastic. What are the odds of a FedEx employee who knows that the GN3 will ship early is ALSO a dev who has root ready for us all! And all of our hopes are so high right now!

What are the odds.

First, thanks for the thread @ezgoing2470 ... I've seen you around this forum plenty and while I don't know you personally, you seem to be a reliable source.

But as @rushless mentioned, isn't TWRP for unlocked bootloaders? I too was under the impression that the N3 will be Knox-ed down

Regarding TWRP on unlocked boot loaders, I'm running it on my Galaxy Note 2, and my bootloader is not unlocked.
