Just pre ordered my black xperia z from 3UK, £69 up front then £36 a month for two years. I was also early, enough to bag the Sony earphones the mdr1 I think they're called.

Even better, this phone supports the frequency band 3UK will be using for LTE, and they announced yesterday that all you can eat data will be included at this price. Can't really get much better, truly unlimited data at LTR speeds, and an awesome phone.

Roll on the 28th February.

I was lucky enough to get the cans as well :)

Not to sound ungrateful but I wised it was the NFC BT variant :)

Any way I think the good news (apart from getting a free pair of cans) is that it is a iPhone compatible set, since Sony is pairing it up with the xperia that should mean that the xperia is compatible with all iPhone headsets :), On the down site this will mean that my LiveSound headphones properly will not work with the Z. Maybe I should sell the MDR-1 and get me some decent in ears.

would never pre-order. pretty nonsense to me as the price will fall dramatically when other 5" phones are out...anyway a great phone.
yeah I tried to hold off as long as I could, but I can't stand the slowness of the xperia s any more :)
At any rate I didn't pay a lot extra with a 2 year contract and the headphones more than make up the differences

No sorry never used bluetooth headphones, I really liked the LiveSound headphones, pretty good sound and now they are only 15 pounds, but I'm unsure if they work with the Z

Cheers for the replies, the LG ones seem like they will fit the bill, just need to find somewhere in the UK that sells them.
