It wasn't available for me either.
Download from the Play Store the app Firmware Finder and you will be able to get the update via this app.
Just follow the instructions in the video guide in the app.
ALWAYS choose the Full OTA variant.

Even me didn't find the MODEL.

For me it is on firmware finder, but my huawei p10 plus won't find it on OTA or through HIsuite :/

Both are saying my phone has latest firmware.

So i'm out of ideas how to get it installed over OTA or HIsuite.

You need to install FF and check what's h r latest firmware for your phone and check if you authorised to install

FF connects to tge Huawei servers and can detect available le firmware sooner than it is getting released so you have a chance to update. Some people not getting updated through settings
The firmware showing up on FF is from Huawei so it is good to download if you authorised

Thank you for your detailed response. Can I ask you a question, my current version is VKY-L29C636B170. I installed FF on my phone and see that many firmware versions. Should I install straight to the latest version or will have to install each version.

Try tge latest version. But make sure you approved to update.
