Yes with suitable kernel (beacon or thunder)
Steps -
1.Download nougat build from official website and extract apps folder from that file.
2. Manually install all the apps.
3. Download Kali nethunter module for magisk
4. Copy this file kalifs-armhf-full.tar.xz to internal storage and rename the file to kalifs-full.tar.xz
5. Install the module and restart.
6. Open Nethunter app and install chroot
That's all

And there's a problem for me m using magisk and I will have to flash SuperSU so what should I do uninstall magisk and then flash supersu after flashing the above 2files?
You need Kali nethunter module for magisk and then it will work

You don't directly install those files from twrp.
Extract the zip file to internal storage(new folder) and browse to data>apps and manually install all apps. Then go back to extract folder, there you'll see one big file named kalifs-armhf-full.tar.xz. Rename it to kalifs-full.tar.xz and move to internal storage(not in any folder). And after installing module, open nethunter app and head to chroot manager section and install chroot.
Select full version and install from SD card. It'll take few mins to install chroot and you're done

You don't really need to download any of those files. You can download latest version from official site.

Goto nethunter app then chroot manager here click on remove chroot and reboot phone. After this uninstall app apps regarding nethunter. Use any root explorer(es file manager etc) to delete "/data/locale/nhsystem" folder. That's all.
