I keep booting back to twrp ! the phone wont boot into ay mode but twrp!
Did you restore your stock boot.IMG before installing a custom ROM? It might be you have to uninstall elemental x before installing a custom ROM.

Failing that or if you don't have a backup of your stock boot image, you may have fastboot the stock nougat image, reinstall twrp and then flash the custom ROM.

I had an issue like this, a temporary fix is to just hold down power and volume down and eventually it will boot into bootloader that way. From there I booted regularly. Later, I reflashed the earlier version of twrp to recovery, and everything is working great now.

Solved but partially!

So , yesterday i was trying to flash the RR for last time and it got booted into twrp again! I got frustrated and turned off the device by holding the power button! Today morning , i started the phone and it did boot and I'm using the RR from then! No problems whatsoever!!!! Just curious , how did this happen?
The twrp version I'm using is "twrp-3.0.3-n2-athene_shreps"

Might be that holding down the power button causes a hard shutdown/reset (credit: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=71001307&postcount=9)

I had a similar issue, where I installed TWRP 3.0.3 n2 onto Nougat 93-14, then rebooted back into recovery to install LineageOS. However, as I suggested above, I was able to escape by booting into the bootloader, and then was able to start into the system (possibly I could do that because I used the power/volume buttons to boot into recovery). Perhaps a boot flag that doesn't clear properly on that occasion, since like yourself I've not experienced it since? Booting into TWRP works well, though I don't recall having this issue with TWRP 3.0.3-n1 - but without being able to reproduce this, makes it difficult to track down!

But at least your phone is working again :D

Even I have problem with booting my phone it's automatically boot into TWRP

In TWRP, what happens if you select Reboot > Bootloader, then once it boots into the bootloader, press the Power key on the Start option?
Execute the following commands in bootloader mode.

Code:
fastboot oem fb_mode_set
fastboot oem fb_mode_clear
I got dis error someone please help to resolve dis issue ASAP

C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot devices
ZY223LBNP4 fastboot

C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot oem fb_mode_set
(bootloader) slot-count: not found
(bootloader) slot-suffixes: not found
