Is there a way to increase the in call volume of the front speaker?
I see settings only for rear speaker and headphones in STweaks.

When you call (and you are on Samsung based Rom) you can use the app magnifier (little round speaker icon thing while calling) and press that to increase the call volume, try that.

Would it be possible you post a picture of it since I couldn't find the app magnifier you mentioned? Is it an app or with stock ROM? Thanks.

I believe I have found a very annoying bug. No mistake about this kernel, it's the best I've used however, lately I've noticed that when I plug my phone on charge then unplug it, the phone refuses to go into deep sleep therefore causing battery drain. I have used better battery stats which points me to kernel wakelock called 'usb cb wakelock' at 90%. Any ideas on how to get rid of this?

One other thing I have noticed is that when my phone is plugged in charging, randomly it would detect driving mode, then disconnect, charge again, driving mode,disconnect, charge and the process continues. It also happened once whilst unplugged. Could it be a software or hardware failure?

Had it also some time, but it's gone fine again.
As far as i discovered it seems it's a slightly damaged usb port or some dirt inside. Most likely due to heavy usage of docking and so on. Imo hardware problem.

It comes with the Sammy based Rom. Your dev might see it as"bloatware"though, I will post a screenshot later in a pm to you since this is a dev thread related to Siyah and not Sammy based roms.

Wow with devices dying left and right, people who still use Siyah and know about the SDS issue have some ba**s. Siyah is a brilliant Kernel but without the fix in my opinion too dangerous to use. I can recall several cases just in the last days where devices died using the latest Siyah Kernel.

Man I hope that gokhanmoral will be back soon.

I read on the siyah kernel official side that next version supports cm 10.1. does it mean only cm 10.1 or every 4.2.1 build? and when will it be published?

gokhanmoral a quick question, why is it not possible to tweak the in call volume of the front speaker in STweaks?
Why only rear speaker and headphones volume? This setting is so much needed on some ROM's. Specially on AOSP/AOKP roms.

ok v1.8.7 is up.

it's not a big update. just rebased the kernel on i9300 update7 sources.
exynos-mem and sudden death issues are supposed to be fixed.
I have tested the kernel on cm10.1 (latest nightly) and samsung JB (as secondary) roms.
there are tiny changes in ramfs to move .secondrom folder back to sdcard root after you install cm10.1. so, you should not have any problems after installing cm10.1 for the first time.
I'll be around more next week and I have some new features in mind.
I hope my skills are not rotten after spending about a month on higher realms (.NET and Java)

If you find some time...I have missed one small option in stweaks "mdnie tweaks" or hardcore tweaks it was present in your older versions. Dont like the tweaks though making the screen blurry.
So the option for disabling it would be nice
