In order to run custom kernels, you need to set them flags on EVERY update.
Yeah known issue....I don't think it's even possible for a kernel to cause this issue... But is anyone else having issues with app permissions sticking with this kernel. Issue popped up after flashing.
owh I thought it is a feature? https://developer.android.com/about/versions/11/privacy/permissions#auto-resetYeah known issue....
After rebooting specifiek apps loosing permissions..( behaving same as you just installed them)
Just to clarify as this may sound a bit ambiguous : This is not a kernel issue or related to the kernel.Yeah known issue....

I tried very briefly before updating to Feb. Seems to work well.
no, flash the kernel and forget. Most settings will not stick.Any recommended FKM Settings / Schedules / Tweaks for this kernel?
I ended up flashing that newest B1 build and Kirisakura. Things seem OK so far. Most probably yes. There's no source update as far as I can see.
First, always read the OP of a thread before asking any questions. Will this kernel work with custom roms? I'm currently on Matrixx and was curious about custom kernels as well

Why would you not use the release he literally said was fine for April? And if he was to release a new one, why can't you install that on top of 2.2.1?Thanks as always freak. You're an amazing contributior to the community.
Should we go ahead and use 2.2.1 for April or will you be releasing a new version when you have the time?
