GPU Control is pretty awesome.

Introduced VPLL mode which you can enable to have GPU overclock upto 520 MHz!!
I have tested upto 440 MHz via GPU Monitor feature and yes it goes quite cool upto 440 MHz.

Making some changes to sync kernel features as that of CM like crypto and MMC.

Added "Profiles" management. => Default, Battery, Performance, Extreme

Experimental feature => This feature is OFF by default. What it does? It gives dynamic tweaks i.e. on screen on your device seeks performance and on screen off your device seeks power saving. This is experimental phase, it gets auto enabled with profiles except for Default. You can turn off manually.

OOM Tuning for Screen On and Screen Off. You can tune now.

All in one App which gets auto install with kernel and can be used only with NXTW.

Hey dude. I try flash stock Official ROM ( ODIN ) after your KERNEL and still Bootloop. Bricked ? ;] So nice.
You can check code. We are using safe code - brick free code.
Probably, you flashed wrong kernel or need to reflash the ROM.

And I have flashed Philz Kernel via ODIN more than 10 times over NXTW Kernel for testing and dev purpose.

Kernel updated. Read changelog post to know what's new!! Total GPU Control! Your device on steroids now.
Tested on Slim Pristine LT4 ROM. Recommended to use with LT4 ROM.

Note: CPU and GPU both are not OC'ed by default. If you want do it, proceed via Performance Control and STweaks respectively.

I was testing on Alliance XXLSZ yesterday and it didn't go well.
Well, lot many things I have changed since yesterday. So more stability.
What didn't go well?

I OC`ed the GPU (raised all steps, 5th step to 520 MHz, 4th step to 440 MHz and so on), phone froze after a few minutes and rebooted - stuck at bootscreen now.
Flashed COH's kernel and it booted, but now it asks for password to use encrypted device storage  .

Will try to reflash ROM with no wipe just to back up a few games. If that fails, I'll try to make a CWM backup and extract apps from it with TiBu.

Then... will probably give Slim Pristine a try.

Read warning while enabling VPLL mode ?

EDIT: Yeah same freeze happened on Alliance XXLSZ. So I asked for LT4. Works smooth on LT4.

Oh sh*t... can't mount /data in recovery

What to do?! :/

-----

Formatted /data. It worked, apparently. Now it's booting... Let's see if it works

Are you on NXTW or COH?
Flashed Xperia-Z-ized again, so kernel is PhilZ something now (good).

So, full format worked. Booted up fine.

Apparently, /data can't be mounted if device is encrypted - so you can't back it up... but can be formatted. Bye bye progress on Subway Surfers :) .

Of course. Anyway, I expected phone to freeze and reboot, but not /data to get corrupted or encrypted... :(

So, your kernel works fine on LT4 but may cause problems on LSZ. Understandable, I guess. No worries, I don't mind losing some progress on Subway Surfers :p . Besides, it was for a greater good : now we know, better not try this kernel on LSZ. So, perhaps you may want to put that in the OP as a warning or something.

Sorry for freaking out earlier :D . Was thinking "that's it, my eMMC is partially fried" although I didn't see any way this could occur like this!

Can't stand stock. Not even themed. Not even with smaller DPI. Not for more than a day. EF THAT!

Flashing Stunner 2 :)

You're right. Needs more testing. Perhaps it was just a local glitch on my end

Do this.

Flash ROM.
Flash your kernel.
Hold down the power button to force reboot. I think data corruption occured because of that. Some strange way of manifesting data corruption - by encrypting it, lol.

LSZ Downloading is in progress.
GPU tested (again) on LT4 now at 520 MHz ... no issues on LT4 ROMs....
