I am on WanamLite 1.4. After flashing Kernel 1.3 Note loops in obtaining IP via Wifi. Cache was wiped, several access points tried -the same. Flashing 1.2 kernel doesn't help. Flashing back 1.4 WanamLite ROM (on top) gets wifi back to normal.

I thing that problem is not in new kernel but in something that is new in the zip.

I think it's a dhcp issue, use a static ip address, it should fix your issue.

I will take a look at it tomorrow.

Download link updated, it wasn't a kernel issue, i fixed a required permission for the WiFi dhcp on the installation script.

Well just wanted to share..... update version.1.3 is causing few restarts with constant heat up. Any clues?
By the way I'm using sweet rom. Now moving back to Adam 1.2 temporarily.

Same here the reboot is caused when I am unlocking the phone with finger unlock. It doesn't happen everytime but when I try to unlock phone after minutes of deep sleep

I saw this twice, but had no more similar issues after cleaning davik. But i see other issues with bt audio after the phone call, not shure if they are kernel related. Will test with the 1.2 kernel.

Do you have dtbtool for N910C? It seems you made the exynos5433-tre_eur_open_16.dtb, then how you can make the dt.img and merge with zImage?

Hi Wanam, and thanks for your work. I've been using your roms and mods since N2.
Now that we know N4 comes with lots of versions, and w/ Exynos there are already C/U/H etc...
Since this kernel is built for N910C, and may not work for N910U, however is it possible to make such one for N910U? The only different, which I know, is the baseband, but other hardware specs are the same.

Hi! Why won't you just try this kernel on your U phone? If the only difference is a baseband - than 99% chance it will work without any problem on U, as it works on my H version, while it was built for C.

C and H are the same one because they share Ericsson Thor M7450 modem. However only U uses Intel XMM7260. That's what I'm worry about.
