as far as i know the device goes into some kind of power saving mode below a certain battery level and this would be totally normal then. you could change the governor to performance to improve this but then it has nothing to do with the camera or the kernel but would be normal and intentional, while it's questionable whether this is good i for my part don't like anything that wants to safe my life while i want to exploit the full range of fun or in other words if i want to safe battery i want to decide that myself, no fun to deal with bad performance over a 20% range of battery life, because IMO that means the SOT which fully serves my purposes will be reduced to only 80% of the full capacity without asking. no good if true. i rarely get below 50% battery hence cannot confirm or contribute much, the above mentione powersaving thing i have only from hearsay.

I do agree with everything you've stated.
Not saying it's kernel's fault, I can't even complain about it.
I have no rights at all to do it since I do really appreciate community's collaboration and symbiosis.

I'll check tonight, it does sseem much more logical that the cpu adjusts its performance if battery is low

Edit: have tried slow mo camera now with 70% battery, doesn't happen again. So it may be it's battery saving mode

I can confirm that v. 011 is booting normally and synapse working on OOS 2.1! :good:

i saw the thread with the new version and flashed before you could even post the new info

PS:
for now min/max for cluster 0 (little core a53) isn't configurable from synapse.
i have to understand why, also with cpuboost disabled. min freq is always boosted to 1344Mhz.

I have the RESURRECTION rom on my OP2 but I can't get the Synapse work. I get the DEVICE NOT SUPPORTED error.

I have installed the UKM 3.8.4.0 Special Edition and tried deleting cache and dalvik but no luck

Anyone can help?
