I flashed oxygen again before v21. In games there is no problem, I'm talking about micro lags in UI (launcher etc) which is just horrible.did you flash your system again ? you shouldnt dirty flash the kernel
also there are some changes in the cpu input boost settings maybe there is some bug there now after dirty flash
if you are playing games you can also change the governor to performance to get more power
try flashing system again (with wiping cache and dalvik + system) also uninstall synapse before you flash everything maybe there are some old settings that are sticky in some placeI flashed oxygen again before v21. I am trying to see if my OPT is suffering from these micro lags as well. Mind sharing what are the micro lags you're experiencing?I flashed oxygen again before v21. In games there is no problem, I'm talking about micro lags in UI (launcher etc) which is just horrible.
I wiped system and cache, then installed rom + kernel + su, and still the same. It occurs especially when something is scrolling (web browser, setting menu, or applications like synapse or play store). I'm reverting to v18, because v21 is much worse than stock kernel (or even Samsung's stock rom for Galaxy S3). The only help is setting GPU governor to performance, which is causing super fast battery drain. And many GPU options are missing comparing to v18.try flashing system again (with wiping cache and dalvik + system) also uninstall synapse before you flash everything maybe there are some old settings that are sticky in some place
This kernel was already battery friendly without compromising the performance, now it feels as if I had a android phone with 512MB RAM and mediatek CPU for 20$.It depends on governor/scheduler settings. AK already stated that default kernel options are battery friendly, interactive governor as default with battey tweaks.
I for myself use impulse governor with powersave on. Amazing battery life with smoothness (i use phone just for browsing/messaging, not gaming)

sorry for absense, i'm out of office/home because i'm in a learning center for a course. I'm working on some ideas, i think to come back next week. Can you guys please take these discussions to the Profiles thread? Its a request.
Its clearly written "Fix Device Not Supported" in bold letters.Installed v21. I'm on Hydrogen OS.
Installed Synapse. It said no UCI support detected.
Installed UKM 3.8.4.0 zip.
Now it says this(attachment).
What shall I do?
yes, anykernel format require this.Hi guys,
Is it necessary to reflash the ROM every time you come from a kernel that's not AK Kernel?
Can I ask, out of curiosity, why this needs to be done?
