I figured if it was widespread it would already be fixed. I will reflash the kernel and see. If it does keep happening anything I can do to try to pinpoint what the issue is? I only guessed it was kernel related due to it being fine on the previous kernel version.
Running this on ricedroid 10 beta and I don't have issues with YouTube videosHello,
4.4.1 causes stuttering on both video and music on my January install. I am not sure if anyone else ran into the issue. I just reverted back to 4.4.0 and all is good. Thank you.

If you had you might have arrived here:

[MODULE] Universal GMS Doze
Universal GMS Doze Overview: - Optimized and adjusted Google Play services. - Support API 23 or later. - Support Magisk Live or Custom Recovery installations. Contents: - Base extensions module: 1.8.4 (0830) code: 184 Credits: - @topjohnwu /...forum.xda-developers.com
This is the most commonly installed and original GMS Doze module, in the troubleshooting section (2nd post) you may find an answer specifically to *try* and address your issue. And i say try as i have been involved in that thread since early on and some people still never resolve the delayed messages issue despite the fix suggested in the 2nd post. I have my own GMS Doze module based on the earliest method (doesnt try and so as much as the others) and it does the "fix" on install....and i still wont gaurantee it wont have the same issues, anytime you mess with google services, theres a risk...
Goes without saying, hopefully, if you have issues after this, please find the correct place to raise them....

I had this problem when switching to Evo and Kiri. 4th try it worked. Flashed and booted Evo, then patched boot.img from Evo and flashed it. After that i could flash Kiri.My Device fails to boot back to system every time i try flashing the Kernel on Evolution X rom. It ends up going back to bootloader.
Device: Pixel 6 Pro.
Rom Build: Jan Build.
Kernel buidl: 4.4.1.
Will try starting everything from scratch one more time.I had this problem when switching to Evo and Kiri. 4th try it worked. Flashed and booted Evo, then patched boot.img from Evo and flashed it. After that i could flash Kiri.
You have to use a payload dumper to dump the boot.img and then patch it with Magisk
