Hello Arty,

Yes the kernel does not currently support custom boot animations. It does not remove it but don't load it.
Let see if it does in the future.

My phone freezes most of the time in stand-by, not when screen is on? Why is that? Any way to solve it?

What version did you install, with which uv? It may be too heavy UV, if it's the case, try with a lighter uv setting.
The best would be beginning by the recommended one -50, then go up or down depending on your tests.

All is fine super fast, but STweaks show me the untrue thing..
Under cpu, it write that i got
No undervolting ( not true,i got -75 from aroma)
Pegasusq (i have hydx)
Max frequency 1700 (got 1500)
Min frequency 1700 (lol? Got 200)

Set cpu show me correct values... Should i change stweaks settings in order to match the right values?

Why do you need to check everything with stweaks ?? Just trust the kernel

Because i used STweaks to change sound settings.. And they works
But i saw first page..
So you think is better to leave untouched the cpu tab or better set it as should be setted?

Edit:sound settings does not stick at reboot
I only need a way to increase volume.. Help!

ok tried the kernel since yesterdat night.. what i immediately noticed is the battery
drained 1% in 8h standby with -75mv undervolt from aroma
the rom feels really smooth with this kernel

i'm now searching the config file to adjust some settings ( like audio and sharpness tweak).. someone know where is it?
also noticed init.d folder is empty.. is normal?

Just flashed and checked it out, swap is indeed disabled...
Hope this gets implemented... Not sure about sound yet though, will report back after some testing.
Edit: Sound is indeed terribleSound on Yank's Kernel is a lot better though...

ok playing with configs file what i noticed:

Both speaker and headphones amplifications works,aslo digital gain ( example is -2)

echo "6" > /sys/class/misc/scoobydoo_sound/speaker_offset

echo "61" > /sys/class/misc/scoobydoo_sound/headphone_amplifier_level

echo "-2000" > /sys/class/misc/scoobydoo_sound/digital_gain

in few words: EQ band has been applied, but no changes in sound

Headphones equalizer instead are applied but take no effect.. like a preset is always applied also if is in 1 the headphone_eq..

You can do a fast try

open up STweak that works, if setted on-the-fly..

All works,presets also, except Graphical Equalizer ( also if choosen to use it)


An other thing: WIFI disconnects and being turned off if he lose the signal ( i used to have always wifi on in order to arrive at home and it automatically connect, but with this kernel it shut down wifi when not in range)

The symptom is: try to turn off router or where you take wifi from..wait till phone switch to data mobile (if enabled) then return on wifi..your phone will reconnect to wifi but immediately will turn it off..returning to data mobile..
You must turn on wifi to have it back..

Am I the only one facing this thing? Returning to any other kernel all return to works as it should..
