So far running smooth on JellyBeer 3.5.6 which is CM 10 based. I'll keep you posted as I just flashed Rhythm.

EDIT: sorry, I'm running the previous OC version of Rhythm (v1.2 OC), please delete.

flashed it first time on cm10.1 nightly, it was smooth fast. but i recognized, that touching (and not touching) the display it's make some noises. i connected my phone via usb to my notebook charge and have 2.1 speakers. so it's crazy i thought my neighbors are drilling or something elses ^^
and later it vibrates the whole time (short vibrates like breathing?) until it's screen locked. maybe i missed the instructions. tried to reset configs but it didn't help. i'm back to cm10.1 stock.

Works great on Jellybam ROM 5.2.0 (JB 4.2.1) ... however, over clocking to 1600Mhz or 1500 Mhz doesn't seem to work/has no effects

I'm having similar issues, it overclocks but goes back to 1400 when you're not looking. I've set it on at boot but it sneaks back down lol. I imagine on stunner 2.2.19 (4.2.2).
