hi am a lil confused. my flame runs kernel ver-4.14.276-g8ae7b4ca8564-ab8715030 its on android 13. Which Kirisakura should I flash, and i want to apply nethunter kernel patches, does kirisakura need them? if yes what version should i pick to apply kernel patches? basicly i want to get full nethunter working on my pixel. any help?

i have installed latest version and now it gets to fastboot, is not recognized by pc and also refuses to get to android HELP

i did manage to fix it all from a linux pc it has much better fastboot / adb drivers BUT i had to install linage OS recovery to proceed.

Good job. Did you grab the exact same ver of kernel that ya phone shipped with?

With the android flash tool I flashed the latest Android 13, wiping and re locking bootloader. unlocked bootloader again. Rooted with magisk and flashed this kernel. Good so far.

I just flashed whatever the newest version for Android 13 was and it worked.

Freak07, when I flash 9.1.4 kernel on PixelOS ROM (based on Android 13) with Magisk 26.1, using FKM or via recovery and then reboot - screen turns off on boot on Google logo, device goes to bootloader with reboot bootloader reason, and I can't boot anymore. If I flash ROM-provided boot.img in bootloader, device boots normally. Also, I remember FKM said that it didn't install module because Magisk wasn't detected, but Anykernel said "Magisk detected" earlier

As mentioned in the OP newer magisk versions aren't compatible with some custom roms when flashing my kernel unfortunately.
Resort to older magisk 24.3 iirc, makes it boot again.
Stock firmware has no problem, so it's definitely something some custom roms deploy, as not all custom roms show that behavior.
Feel free to ask their maintainer if they want to look into the issue.
I'm suspecintg it's to do with avb/verity as magisk behaviour changed there.
Alternatively if you manage to gather contents of sys/fs/pstore after a failed boot with my kernel once you're back up with restoring boot.img, maybe that will give a clue.

How do I "gather contents of sys/fs/pstore"? Flash kernel I can boot with, adb shell as soon as I can, then cat /sys/fs/pstore > pstore.txt and send the file here?

btw we really should add nethunter kernel patches into this, becouse OFTEN network is unstable on this kernel (my tests with linageOS-20 nightly). also who does not want full nethunter on pixel 4 / xl?. heya if you are interested in that i might help. from my previous noob comment i have advenced in this one heck of a lot!

Did you pump up the supported version of magisk to v26 ??
