first. this kernel is probably for beta 3 not alpha 5.
second. meybe you have lots od aps and garbage on your phone.
third . try autostars to control your aps in background
The kernel also supports CM 10.1 Alpha 5 by Xistance and CM 10.1 by Doomsday.
Let's wait for bluetooth fix to see if the battery life will be better...

Thanks for your feedback TwinHeadedEagle.
Is the battery life bad also with other kernels on CM 10.1?
What do you mean about performance glitches? When you are playing?
performance is better than phenom kernel with the same amount of memory.

there is no batt drain. over night batt goes by 1-2 % no more.

ive changed to your kernel from phenom kernel because of SOD in phenom kernel.

Deep sleep works good, but could be better...

I've changed governor to lulzactive because, there were performance's glitches sometimes, phone start to lag...

Battery drain is huge when playing games, and in overall performance, I think it could be better, this is not 100%...

Ok, but remember that we haven't optimized Adreno libs yet for CM 10 and CM 10.1.
Actually we use an early sample of these libs, released on August 2012, the latest libs, released some weeks ago for JB 4.2.2, aren't usable yet...

I'll measure deep sleep drain over night...will post the results tomorow...

Deep sleep, over 7 hours

Deep sleep seems to work well, I can't see blue ticks or ranges under the battery chart (only at the beginning)...
I can see that you didn't use aero mode during night (maybe because you need to be available if someone call you during night), I suppose you left your phone without data connection and sync enabled, is it right?

You lost 5% of battery divided as follow:
2.00% - Cell Standby
1.35% - Phone Idle
0.75% - Screen
0.25% - Android OS
0.20% - Beautiful Widgets
0.20% - Android System
0.25% - Other processes

Cell Standby + Phone Idle + Screen = 4.10%

During night I always use aero mode, because I don't expect phone calls, and doing so I loose only 1% of battery (6/7 hours of sleep)

No, sync is always disabled, I use it when needed...

I use Automatich brightness always.

Every connection (wifi/data) is off over the night. I do not have calls over night...

How to turn on aero mode?

Current battery stats
You can turn on aero mode by pressing the power button and selecting Aero mode.
Then when you need to turn it off, you have to press the power button again and deactivate aero mode...

I used some apps, and they are not shown here...
Maybe, the not showed apps don't drain too much battery to be listed in these stats...

Could you post also the details (by pressing on each single entry) of:
- Screen
- Voice calls
- Where's my water
- Opera

I need them to see how many time has been spent on each of them...

Then, could you take a look at your battery by removing the rear cover?
Tell me if you see it a little swollen, not perfectly flat...

Phone is little laggy when connecting USB. It needs unusually more time to connect/disconnect and after that is very laggy...

As I've already said, generally speaking, this kernel is not as smooth as I exepienced with other kernels...

Here are the images...

2 hours of screen on, this cause the biggest part of battery drain...
The battery consumption of the display panel is 3V on stock kernel, on this kernel the consumption has been undervolted to 2.85V, but we can't expect miracles from this feature.

When you connect the USB, you set your phone as mass storage or not?
I never experienced any lag after USB disconnection, and the connect/disconnect time is fast for me...
I'll try to take a look if there's something wrong.

Version 1.4 was very laggy for me whereas previous version was very smooth. UI was not responding and phone was pretty much unusable.
I tried it for about four days.
