I am currently running on stock rom build version P2a42_S244_170725_ROW. If i flash this kernel via my stock recovery will it work? If yes, after flashing it, will my device get future OTA updates given by Lenovo?

First of all Lenovo isn't gonna give any updates for p2.
And second you need a custom recovery to flash this.

Me2, I'm using the official aicp ROM.
I didn't try a clean flash that's why I didn't report it.
Reflashing of the previous version fixes the issue.

U can use magisk with this kernel,, reflash your magisk and check

First of all I would like to thank this great kernel. Since I use it with Stock rom 244, the battery consumption is much better than even before. If its possible please add the Intelliplug hotplug driver, and enable the battery current flow (mA) monitoring.

Update to s244 to use! Neither I nor my friends have ever flashed it on s233 so we don't know!
