When did battery drain ?

I flashed it on stock rom..
And it caused me sudden battery drops..
Not constant but it drops time to time..
Sometimes it seems it will give a great battery backup..and after the reboot it drops more than 30%..
I have found these drops on many roms that i cant remember..
Even i bought a new battery coz i thought my battery was defected.
