Heya Guys,

This is my first kernel for Find 5 (tbh my first ever kernel to be posted on a community :p ), I build the kernel because I like some features on other kernels, but sadly it was removed or not available in a rom I use.
Welcome mate! I will test it on my Asylum Omni and Aokp builds and report back. Much appreciated:thumbup:

Thanks mate,

btw I just added a new build it's more a testbuild w/ fastcharge custom option
Nice job. Device is faster and no issue in 48h using it on last Asylum Omni. I definitely will recommend it when publishing builds this weekend.
Thanks again, will test your test build now

Cheers

For UVing every devices have a very little chance of sharing the same characteristic, so you have test it out yourself to have the best outcome.
as for me I can UV-ing down to -150mv from 162-1.2ghz range and still stable
and get like 1day w/ 4hrs ++ screen on time

If you ask me why I underclocked to 1.2ghz, is because I see no real difference in term of performance on my daily use of the phone between 1.2 to 1.5 ahead freqs, other than a bragging right on some benchmark's score
But again, if we talk about battery life it differs from person to person, some like playing games, some likes chats, etc.

Nice work mate however would it not have been better to use faux's kernel as a base then work on top of it since it has support for the find5 and n1? That way it won't override screen off gestures etc.

Thanks, and as why I'm using AOKP's source as base of my work is because I'm using AOKP Roms (just recently switched to the awesome Asylum Omni Rom provided by jejecule ^^ ) and I believe CM-based won't work on AOKP, right ? as for screen off gestures, I'll try to look into it, I've tried turning it on, but it conflicted with the s2w (the main reason I started building my own kernel). I've tried cFx sources but the wifi broke when I merged it into 3.4.83.

Thank you again. Working just fine. Only problem is off screen gestures not working. Double tap to wake. Music switch, rich gestures now not working. Any way to fix that.

Heya,

Yeah sorry I just noticed it today, the screen off thingy doesn't work. (because I rarely use that features)

I will try look into it, prolly something is off in the configs.

Question. When I connect the phone to laptop when it is on. It shows usb charging but when laptop is off and connect to the usb power share share, the only port which shares power when off, it says AC charging.

Any Idea? Is there a way to make full AC.

---------- Post added at 04:24 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:39 PM ----------

Found a bug. Storage device is not working. Only MTP file transfer. Sometimes when phone is connected to computer in charge only option it says. Usb device not recognized. Phone does charge.

It's not a bug, by enabling fastcharge, you cannot use the usb storage (you should disable fastcharging option first)
since it was a port from faux's custom fastcharging mod, the option to have custom mah when charging only available through fauxclock (while enabling it w/o the apps will force 1000mah charging through any usb/wall charger)

For AOKP/OMNI, I'll upload a new build w/ Gestures and DT2W on (S2W off) and Vice Versa as soon as possible
Added v0.2a w/ GDT2W and S2W

Which Modem?

As far as I understand AOKP ist still on Modem 4.1 whereas Omni has switched to Modem 4.2 with yesterdays nightly. Currently when flashing the kernel, WiFi will not turn on while 3G and Bluetooth are working fine. Is this modem related?
