Hey guys,

I like this kernel very much that's why I'm using it as a daily driver. Over the years I had earned a lot of experience on modifying kernel settings.

Specially snapdragon CPUs.

I made a profile which seems to be very fast, snappy and combined with good battery life.

If someone wanna test it, just hit me.

There also many possibilities to save much more battery, for an example with service disablers or alarm and wakelock optimizers.

Regards

Hi Friend, I would like to test it... which ROM and kernel are u using? :fingers-crossed::cool: I know that disabling io stats and using maple scheduler also help in terms of battery life... but the better thing is to keep the device OFF, I tried it and after 7 days my battery was 100% lol :laugh::laugh::D;)

Hey my friend,

You're welcome and thanks. I had made a lot of kernel stuff specially snapdragon CPUs.

So yes. In some cases your decision to take a different governor or scheduler is right. to disable some unnecessary stuff is also correctly.

The main problem is that the most new governors won't be updated. Means very unstable and buggy. For the meanwhile the best choice would be interactive. Also for the schedulers. But they won't cause big problems.

I made a profile with interactive governor and maple scheduler. Changed all the values for scheduler and governor , virtualize memory is also optimized. Made a good hot plug function. Also changed the thermal settings without overheating.

This is my first build. So I have to say amazing. Using it one day.

Stats:
Deepsleep.. 40%
652mhz....... 35%
1036mhz......5%
1401mhz....5%
1689mhz....3%
2016mhz....13%

I had played games, non stop Spotify and YouTube. Modifying stuff, flashing zip files and other things.

This stats means, very well optimized. No lags, really snappy, ready for multitasking and games.

I don't like to prefer any rom. But I'm using crdroid.

It's not easy to build a good rom, so I always respect the creators.

Will upload it

Regards

segundo is quite smoother than tercero in 0708 pixel experience in default kernel setting. maybe due to battery optimization?

forgot to check the default profile for the tercero

Kernel Special Features: focused on stability and battery

    Version Information
    Status: Stable
    Current Stable Version: Último
    Stable Release Date: 2020-11-15

starting from el octavo a balanced profile is included in the ramdisk by default.
if you want to override it use any app like Ex kernel manager or darkness or you could extract the zip, edit the profile script and zip it again and flash it
you can find some custom profiles in Ken's channel
and as from the beginning, the main focus was never gaming cuz games are a waste of time. if you want to game try and if you don't get the experience you expected to modify the settings, just don't expect me to make any gaming specific changes.
for normal folks, the default profile is as stable and efficient as it could ever get

To apply a profile import it in Darkness Control Profile Manager, also don't forget to set it to apply on boot

    Download Darkness Control
Download Old Profiles (Dont use old profiles with new releases )

Balanced: Good for daily casual usage
Electron: same as balanced but with electron governor which I find more stable
Power saving electron: underclocked and balanced electron for a more battery saving approach
