If I already have Magisk installed, do I have to flash magisk again before flashing this kernel?

i can't boot up since I have flashed InsigniuX kernel.
I was using Realme ui ver.03. I cannot boot.
It automatically turn off and turn on after showing yellow realme logo.
So, i tried to re-flash the kernel after wipe data but still not working.
please help

I solved it. wipe data, install color os ozip file through twrp,
wipe data again on stock recovery and boot succeeded.
kernel returned to stock, and I re-updated to realme ui.
anyway, thanks!!

But if you are coming from custom kernels,
