No, it doesn't boot.
It tries to boot two times till the "Google" loading screen and after that, it resumed back to bootloader.

Sorry, this time it stucks longer ( 1 minute) on "Google" screen and only once.
Than it boots again into bootloader.
Is there a way, I can provide you a log file or something, to help you ?

just built stock kernel to see if i have everything set up good

Same as the last boot.img
I've x-checked with the original boot.img from fugu-lmy47v update, it boots. So it's not a problem on my hardware setup. (just in case you think about it. )

updated to linux 3.10.22
and some other things.

edit:built and booted just fine on my rom....is there a reason Y you want Selinux disabled on builds?
