What are you doing when it's heating up? Do you have Intelli-thermal activated? If not try that, please. I ran two times antutu benchmark one behind the other and temp didn't go above 50°C.

My current setting is:
Governor for Big and Little: ElementalX
Thunderplug: Stock settings with Touch-Boost enabled
Intelli-Thermal: activated with stock settings
I/O Scheduler: BFQ

Everything else is stock as it comes with the kernel.

Please don't forget if you had another custom kernel installed to dirty flash your current rom before flashing my kernel, and cleaning cache

Voltage control isn't supported by now, it is also not mentioned in the feature list

For Dual/Quad-Core options in hotplug please read OP

Load balancer by default
Per-Core hotplugging possible (switch to Quad/Dual-Core for battery saving)
Touch Boost and Scheduler Boost options
Changing the number of online cores while screen is off

(FYI:
I am using Kernel Adiutor, but for Thunderplug https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...nderzapcontrol is needed if you want to switch to "Per-CPU Control", then you can set in Kernel Adiutor if you want Quad/Dual Core option.
There`s also a paid app to support the developer of this awesome hotplug -> https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...rzapcontrolpro )

Unfortunately it isn't supported by Kernel Adiutor by now, so please use the above mentioned App just to change to "Per-Core Hotplug" than you can set Quad/Dual-Core in Kernel Adiutor
