No its not same usb fast charging means it will charge fast when connected to a usb charging point like ur laptop usb point, normally they charges slowly.

I think you can charge faster when you plug in to PC/Laptop

Antutu score of eximinous kernal is 39240 redmi 3s and antutu score of soviet kernal is 40039 redmi 3s
With firehound rom overall this kernal is great but need some more feature. I have a question is there is any chances of getting dubble tap to wake feature

Go for Geekbench or try to compare two different devices with different configuration and tell us how much is the performance difference between stock and Eximious in term of daily performance.

antutu score varies so if you tried running it again using same kernel you will get different score

IMO, all of the custom kernel available here tend to be used only on Custom ROM
We need a special treatment to make it work to MIUI
