Should we enable the core control and the vdd restriction or just one/neither of those ? Cpu temps are high for this kernel (above 50~55 at most~sometimes at 58,59)

This is issue with the LineageOS based roms so we can't do anything....i get a bigger temperatures than you...

Hey guys I am using this kernel and it's blazing fast but 1 big issue... The battery drain is real! I am currently switching between different countries govenors but still can't find the ideal one for balance and battery life... Please share what govenors ur using and which his best for battery life... Thanks!

use app ops and > open it go to > Google Play services > Location select ignore> google using location to much i was having cyanoginmod 3 days ago it used my location around 300 times then > find .read calendar, and ,wake up, and ,keep awake, and ,auto start, ignore them all .find the apps wich is draining your battery and ignore what i mentioned above without affecting your daily life use Example : i dont want facebook to use my location so i will disable it if does not benfit me .but app ops needs root accses Hope this help you . i have installed trwp 3.1.0 , firelord 3.1.1 not working with me , i cant install more than 5.1.1 i am getting( Patching system image unconditionally ) the rom does not work it dies on alcatel one touch android any one higher than 5.1.1 so any help

It depends on the ROM you're trying to flash, If MM most the ROMs here should tell you which version you need to flash. If N, Upgrade to MM first.
