I HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN I TURN OFF PHONE AND TRY TO TURN ON PHONE DOES NOT BOOT
IF I REBOOT PHON, PHONE BOOT NORMALLY.

THE PROBLEM IS PRESENT IN 1.8 TOO

im getting this too on both 1.8 and 1.9.
only happens when booting after phone is turned off.
a normal reboot is fine
if you boot to twrp and then reboot system, it boots.
im on RomAur with SE set to passive.
other than that kernel is very smooth

Sorry for the continued delay on OC / UC. I don't currently have a Note 9 to test, and have been preoccupied updating my S9 kernel for Pie. The kernel still seems like it currently needs Magisk to boot unfortunately. A Pie kernel update (V2.0) will be coming when ELS is available. Hopefully we can try and resolve some of these issues then so stay tuned for that. Download links updated in OP! Have a nice day all

i flashed ontop of v1.1.8 and forgot to flash magisk and device booted no problem!

had to manualy install the apk but it didint bootloop.

Aosp(GSI) and Touchwiz are 2 different systems. what you want is TW based kernel which at the moment is only for oreo.

I didn't ban you so it must've been one of the moderators. But I wouldn't say it was an unjust ban after you called my kernel **** because it didn't support your Pie yet and because "Augustin said so". I'm not dumb - I read my groups and I trust my moderators judgement.
