I found that setting the Dvfs at 95 ° with the same frequencies, the general performance increases considerably, obviously without reaching the limit temperature.

I don't think so.
If you set 95 °C then it goes up to around 100 °C if you run Geekbench, for very short time indeed, that's why you even won't notice the heat with your hands.
55 °C was probably only GPU Temp, but never ever CPU Temp.
The real heat starts from 50 % progress in geekbench .. due to multithreading tests ....
Till 50 % it's just a single core bench.
Even with stock Freqs you'll hit over 100 °C in Geekbench.

Sure it works fine, check what is preventing deep sleep in your phone.
There are some nice apps for this like "BetterBatteryStats".
