Alright, then it's OK. USB-PD seems to be different from AFC chargers.
On AFC charger we can decide if it should run at 5 or 9V, while with USB-PD charger the input voltage is selected automatically by the driver.
Anyway, not a big issue since the power delivered from 9V is enough to provide the 3,5A. So there is no reason to switch to 12V for the driver.
Also the charger chip inside the phone heats more up the higher the voltage is. So with an AFC charger with 9V support it should work @ 12V.
As for DEX: yes this is what I was expecting. And on next build it'll work even better. (reduced kmsg spamming)

I've checked CPU/GPU governor and DVFS driver if there is something wrong with CPU/GPU max possible Freqs and there is nothing wrong.

Actually I'm adding a new feature for adjusting pm_qos required CPU Freq for UHQ audio playback. Also the ability to move audioserver to big CPU. This is to fix audio issues while screen OFF and to reduce power consumption. (Because you set Freq as needed)
