Nobody knows ... compiled a few minutes ago.
pre3 build had zram decompression error and therefore caused a soft-reboot. It happened even with my S8.
I did some changes where i think that could cause this bug.
Now we need again patience with hard testing.
Like always, we can say it's stable if it'll pass 7 days uptime in a row.

seems like its running better then the pre3 build and slow loading apps issue is fixed, only thing i noticed theres again issue that the mem managment is reloading apps sometimes.
I tried to install just the kernel zip now I am stuck at bootlogo. if i tried to get into twrp it won't load. tried installing twrp again with odin still stuck at loading twrp. can anyone please help me with a solution? thank you.
edit: managed to fix it by installing the newer version of twr 3.6.9.1 and and flashed a different kernel

Alright, anyway changed already the settings what you recommended
btw tried also to backup to a external flashdrive or usb m.2 drive, but transfer stopped everytime on the same point on the flashdrive so i guess its something wrong with and the m.2 drive didnt want to mount guess the rom/kernel or twrp doesnt have drivers for the m.2 drive
anyway gonna buy a new flashdrive or larger sd

The device is overall snappy but like @monoik reported the UI freezes from time to time.
I am using the Alexis rom. So first i tought it is the rom but apparently it has to do with the kernel. I am using it mostly on kernel defaults with KSM enabled.
I tested my device under some OC. Without any cooling solution. My device reported the CPU heat as 96°C while i was testing itand after that the device restarted. Then i tested the max OC. Even with cooling solutions the L:2002MHz-B:2808MHz frequencies were not stable. When i started Antutu the device just restarted itself.
The GPU overclock is pretty stable with 572MHz. Maybe it could be overclocked more?
Benchmark results:
Antutu: 249770 (L:1898 - B:2574 - GPU:572) Antutu reached 65 degrees celcius at the cpu mutlitasking test despite of my cooing solution.
3DMark: 3106 (GPU:572) [Better than %100 of the other scores of S8] (CPU is not that important since it is a GPU test)

In the end I ended up to remove again the driver for blocking some specific files / apps because it wasn't stable. Also it's quite impossible to successfully blocking all weird kernel manager apps that actually are useless or breaks compatibility with the A2N app and even with other CPU stats apps.
Therefore I've added a new button in debug menu "fix permissions".
Everytime you test some other kernel manager app and want to use A2N app as well but it actually don't work properly, it's likely due to wrong file permissions. To fix it without to reboot, just tap on the new button, that will fix it in a few secs all the needed permissions for A2N app. That way you can use crappy kernel manager apps and still be able to use A2N app lol.
btw: for out of curiousity I tried also the FDE.AI app, after that, the phone performance was like -50% and A2N app stopped working and my app (A1. CPU TOOL) that shows CPU stats, was broken too.
But fortunately after uninstalling the FDE.AI app and rebooting the phone, everything was normal.3Yes and no. Probably you get that warning because battery temp was over 45 °C. So with high CPU/GPU temp + charging even with low current, it still could trigger the warning. Anyway it's not a good idea at all to do fast charging + heavy tasks at the same time. High battery temp will hurt your battery, reducing its capacity over time if you do it frequently.3
So what now ? First you say it takes longer and now it's fixed ?
Anyway, for me i see an improvement for screen rotation. With latest build delay is approx, 200 ms while on previous build sometimes was fast and sometimes it had a delay of 2000 ms. So it's now 10 times faster.3Well as long as it's once for such little glitch, i wouldn't mind at all. It doesn't have any serious consequencies, just cosmetics.
It can happen and it's even not a bug when RAM is completely full and to allocate new graphic buffer it has first to to some memory compaction and if that wasn't enough it needs to kill some old app from RAM, that's the delay you face sometimes. And if there is Zram in use, memory compress/decompress time also takes into account.3 -

A: No, you can't do anything wrong. Your phone has hard- and software overheat protection.

Then set CPU / GPU --> DVFS --> "Maximum Temperature" to the Max.

A: Yes, as long as you don't uninstall it.

A: No, it's not universal kernel manager app.
Q: My A2N App is Crashing after an Update, how to fix it ?
A: Re-install it. If it doesn't help, wipe dalvik-cache in recovery.
Q: My A2N App shows: "Please check your internet connection" - But i've good internet connection. - How to fix it ?
A: Settings --> network settings --> use private DNS server like "dns.adguard.com" - confirmed to work by user @Arnz09 - see his post here.

Q: Why I get lower benchmark scores with this kernel compared with the Samsung kernel ?
A: This kernel uses by default Max CPU/GPU DVFS Temp 65 °C to reduce the device heat. You can buy the full version of the A2N app to set the DVFS Temp up to 100 °C to get higher scores than on stock kernel.
Q: Why the Android Battery setting "fast charging" has no effect on this kernel ? - It charges always with around 1500 mA.
A: Because it would conflict with the built-in charger control.
The default charging current of approx. 1500 mA means no fast charging by default, even if you actually see "fast charging" in the notification section. This is also useful to reduce battery stress and device heat. To charge even with higher speed/current than on stock kernel you need to buy the full version of the A2N app.
Q: Why I've to pay money for just changing kernel settings ?
A: Well quality has its price. Also nobody forces you to use this kernel.
You can flash other custom kernels or flash the Samsung stock kernel from my download site. Good luck !
Q: How to Report Bugs ?
- Please DO NOT report bugs if you are:
--- using "unsafe" Freqs
--- not using the latest release !
--- not using Samsung stock ROM (based stock ROMs are custom ROMs !)
A: Open the red A2N Kernel Control demo app and check in-app-menu (3 dots) then "Debug" and then on "logcat and dmesg" if you faced an app crash or if some features didn't work.
If the phone rebooted randomly, then tap on "last_kmsg". You will find the logs in your internal storage. After that you can attach them here in your bug report, by clicking "Attach files".
