Hi!Hello! I would like to download the kernel but the download link is broken. Also, does this kernel spoof or allow me to use Samsung health?
My old backup, luckily I save itI found this image of 2.0 on the developer telegram A51 group...
No. Each exynos 9611 devices use different DTS, means different DTB. Also different config.
Hi. Actually you even can install this kernel ontop of stock. So you can keep stock rom after flashing kernel, of course.Hello! I would like to try this new kernel, but in fear of facing certain risks with using customs like this one. I would like to know if I installed this kernel successfully, would I still be able to keep my stock rom? And can I uninstall TWRP after I install BlueFly? Thanks in advance!
Ohh that's good news then! Thank you for responding!Hi. Actually you even can install this kernel ontop of stock. So you can keep stock rom after flashing kernel, of course.
And for TWRP uninstall, sure. It doesn't affect anything related to recoveries.
Go to message #24 on this thread. I posted a copy there.Hi! I recently just rooted my A51 and wanted to try out this kernel. However, the download link does not seem to be working. Can you please update it? And keep up the good work!
Thanks!
Hi. Can I know what OS you are in?I have Android Version 11, U.I. 3.0. I followed instructions flashed, booted into TWRP recovery, flashed Bluefly.zip, flashed DM-Verity disabler, rebooted to system and the result was a boot loop?
Yes, and thank you. I am doing a clean install of Factory Firmware with a Factory data reset using the Samsung 515F Factory firmware Bahama_SM-A515F_BAA_A515FXXU4DUB1. Android Version 11, One UI Version 3.0, Kernel Version 4.14.113-2089478, Android Security Patch Feb 1, 2021.
Hmm okay. Take your time.Sorry, I was under time preasure to get my device and data available. I am unfamiliar with Orange Fox and wasn't sure where to download it, and could not find app on Playstore.
I was able to recover my device and gain root access again, with the same TWRP A11 file. However, this TWRP installation has never successfully created a full backup and still doesn't. I used Root Checker to verify Root. I installed Magisk 23.0 however the SafetyNet Attestation fails .
Sparing you more detail, it seems the process I did to load TWRP and Magisk and gain Root is corrupt. This is a result of conflicting instructions on how to root this device and using a hybrid of these incomplete instructions experimentally to gain root.
I am obviously over my head, and without being able to create a successful TWRP backup, I cannot experiment with device without starting from scratch each time.
I appreciate your timely follow-ups and I am open to suggestions and willing to provide log files, screenshots, files, and steps I took to gain root which is seems to be, forgive the pun, the root of the problem.
