Because there is no screenshot option in the power menu...

Volume-+Power does not work.

I know in Slimbean and AOKP you have to go to settings/interface/ power menu ( or something like that ) and select it for it to be in the power menu. Its in every 4.1/4.2 ROM that I know of. The volume-+ power works for me just fine.

Also running CM10.1 nightlies here...and had the same problem. But it was def because I didn't
follow the directions...wiped cache/dalvik....flashed kernel...and then rebooted. Kept sticking at
the CM boot animation.

Got back into recovery...wiped cache/dalvik....flashed kernel....rebooted recovery....reset
Stweak profiles.....rebooted system.....magical.

Your OP mentioned about an updated BT driver. Does this bring back the SPP protocol in 4.2 ROMs?

Unfortunately SPP is not functional in Android 4.2 and that would have to be addressed in the ROM (a patch from Google is likely necessary).

It's still frozen at CM boot animation. Is it a bug?

Just getting back to recovery and resetting the Extweak profiles isn't enough....after you get back to recovery restart the whole process.

Wipe cache/dalvik....flash the kernel again.....reboot recovery (advanced section).....when recovery comes back up reset the profiles...and then reboot system.

This worked for me anyway....hope that helps.

Yup tried 3 times and still froze. I am in the middle of full wipe and install of latest nightly, will perform instructions right after.

I can't seem to make BLN work with Slimbean 3.1.0. Has anyone else tried BLN (blinking) with a 4.1.x rom?

There is an issue with the call audio. I will get a fix up when I can....but I am on my way out the door for a hospital visit so it may be a day or 2 I will see what I can do on that end as the kernel is completely useless without this fix.


As for the other "issues"....it works fine on CM10.1 based ROM's here. BLN works fine here. Any issues are either due to your specific ROM or application not supporting BLN - or you need to run a good kernel cleaner.

use power + vol down to take a screenshot on Shostock3 does not work. All it does is open up the Power Menu.

It's not a rom or application issue; it worked perfectly on Siyah 4.3.3 with the same setup. I'll try flashing jivy's cleaning script and reflashing the kernel, and report back...

BLN works fine for me on Shostock3. I however had to use the BLN app as I could not get it to work from STweaks. I must say that I did not spend a lot of time on STweaks since it worked immediately with the BLN app.
