that is fix on the next version, if bothers too much go back one until the next is ready.

If after next released it keeps happening please let me know...

Installation
Just Install the apk on any ROM enjoy it.

If encounter any problem:
Clear data of yours BHB27 Kernel Adiutor app + deleted the KernelAdiutor and KA_profiles folder from internal memory (if not possible by the android file manager use TWRP one), reboot to recovery and clean/wipe Dalvik and cache before reporting things.

You can make a copy of profiles.json file inside KA_profiles folder (in case you save a profile), after the reboot place it back on the folder then apply the setting on the app, if encounter problem after the apply the profile is the problem deleted it and redo the cleaning and don't use it again...

This helps when the apps functions are odd, misbehaving and or slow to load/display.

Sharing profiles
The only thing need to share a profile is the file profile.json in side KA_profiles folder, it can be just simple copy and past to another devices, the file is very small and easy to share.

Use my version of Kernel Adiutor to better support this Kernel. :good:

Phone randomly loses power under 15% battery. I had cases where it shut off at 20+%.
I thought it was a bad battery and replaced it, issue still there.
Now I updated to latest kernel v56 and I report back soon. Maybe the new battery is not as new as the manufacturer claims it to be....
@bhb27 is there a way to completely, positively, absolutely DISABLE "WIFI scanning always on"?
Sometimes this setting enables itself (most likely Google maps causes this) and that damn wifi location scanning causes a battery drain that is not funny. When my wifi is off, it should be ****in OFF, my opinion, especially when that location service causes such a drain.

Btw battery life is abysmal and phone gets pretty warm, plus it seems to consume more power than the portable charger can charge, since the phone slowly loses battery even when plugged in.

not really kernel related, you need to find what on the ROM or on a app is causing it because my device running custom ROM never enable that and the standby is always great regarding discharging.

if any problem persist on latest version let me know and share logs after the problems or reboot have happen.

Ok so I've never done a custom kernel before. Tried a few times in the past, never ended well, always restoring backups after kernel installation fails. So of course I have some questions.

Is the kernel pre-modded for speed, etc. vs. the stock kernel or is it left up to us to modify it after installing? Or is the bhb27 adiutor for further customizing beyond the custom kernel's added benefits?

Are there any secrets to installing the kernel? I installed it and it seemed I was in a bootloop at the boot image (pre-boot animation) and had to restore my TWRP backup.

the developer was including my custom kernel on his build without any requests from my side, so the kernel is 100% compatible, the problem of bootloop I can't reproduce here, I never get it after flashing the kernel, have you did anything diferente? any other zip flash with the kernel? any warning on TWRP screen after flash, have you read what was on the screen? before reboot, you can screenshot the twrp screen just like in android, volume down + power...

the kernel it self comes without any interaction config on a way to give you a great experience, not for performance or battery something in the between more on the battery side, you can further improve that by using the app to customized the many featuring of the kernel, some simple changes can give you a longer battery or more performance but usually not both.

Mr. @bhb27,I have been using all of your ROMs and kernels posted by you in the quark forum till date and I really like them until and unless it's general/casual use but but but when it comes to gaming,I seriously am disappointed with the performance of the phone which gets deteriorated after landing the custom ROMs even after so many months of nougat update/s,so I suggest you to look upon that matter which could be possibly resolved by some kernel tweaks or make lite&pure aosp ROMs.
Game examples:-asphalt extreme,contest of champions,etc...

not a problem that everyone is complaint is it?
Maybe you config is not good for game, you may be trying to pull too much from the device making it too hot quickly and that is a problem.

when I play games the device gets hot, I notice it and perforce should be affected if is too hot but here I don't get lost of performance as I not try to use a performance config as it is not necessary, as the device is a beast in performance a normal config goes very well.

you have the kernel app to do yours on kernel tweak, you have many pure aosp ROM's to chose, because they are all aosp and they are all pure this is not a samsung aosp source that we use, is the aosp base source with caf changes to add the support to all device, with extra customization options those options don't add lags or things related, they add featuring that you can chose to use or not, and those using or not they don't affect the use of a game or any app, when a app is open the focus is on that app mainly on a game there isn't crazy none aosp changes running on the background that doesn't happen that is usually associated to bloatware app that are not add on custom ROM even if they was you can easily remove them any app that you don't use or like just remove it.
