FSF2 filesystem

I am not a developer, I know you are probably going to be busy with implementing HWC for our Note and I don't knwo whether or not you have read about this already, but the FSF2 filesystem have you considered implementing it?

According to these developers posts it should be relatively easy to implement (again I am no dev: I have only compiled a build once, so forgive me if this isn't a easy thing to do after all, as it requires to backport a 3.8 kernel feature to a 3.0.85 kernel, but this is what you are also doing with HWC so at least you already have some experience in this departement..)

I know about the brick bug for our devices, but since we are also able to repartition the data partition I suppose this is also possible?

Judging by this then we may see it one day, whether it will be in OmniROM though is another question.

I flashed this on CM11 and everything is broken. There's a constant "phone.process stopped" warning and I can't use the phone.

Did I do something wrong? Was this supposed to be flashed on OMNI only?

I have the same issue on my phone. It comes from the kernel. I use CM kernel instead of. I hope an update.

I've been having some issues with Raw on Omni in the last few nightlies. Most importantly, I've been getting "couldn't install on usb storage or sd card" message when trying to install something from Play store. Unmounting/remounting SD card solves it only temporarily. There were also some strange issues when trying to download files with a browser.
Issues went away when i switched to Omni's kernel and came back when i tried Raw again after that.

Any ideas?

Known issue. That's why it is not recommended to use it at the moment. At least, I wouldn't.
Adding - that was/is the only issue I faced e.g. while installing Opera Beta

Yeah I'm so sorry, but I don't have any way to extract the initramfs from OmniROM... the shell script I was using a while ago doesn't work anymore, and I can't figure out why
