Guys could anyone confirm me the latest raw kernel working with ressurectio remix 5.4.2 cm12.1
Thanks
Thanks
Announcing Raw Kernel r10
Changes over r9 :
* Slightly tweaked charging current up from 450 to 550mA
* Compatible with CM12.1 preview. CM12 isn't supported anymore because the memory leaks make it too painful to use.
Download :
* raw_kernel_r10_omni.zip for Omni 4.4
* raw_kernel_r10_cm121.zip for CM12.1 preview (kudos to @bauner)
* raw_kernel_r10_cm11.zip for CM11
Keep in mind that Kernel Samepage Merging and zRAM are disabled in this kernel. These two features are trading CPU time for less memory pressure, but I'm hoping we won't need this anymore with the imminent release of Android 5.1.1 that should fix all the remaining leaks. Android 5.1 is already working quite decently! :good:

the site doesn't really do anything (it's always showing that the site is slow and/or slow to respond)

Nope that would be mostly useless. I started working on backporting Galaxy Mega 2 drivers though. It's an Exynos 4415 phone with 3.4 kernel and new graphics stackHi @GeeckoDev Is there possibility that you would try to complile 3.1x kernel for cm12.1 with for example DorimanX sources?
In your case, you've got cable problems. I found that the cables in the market is a piece of sh *t. I tried over 20 pcs of USB->MicroUSB cables, and with most of them, the phone cannot charge the rated 1A in AC mode (some of them supplied only 250-300mA, with the same original charger). I bought 24/28AWG USB->MicroUSB cables from Ebay (they're not cheap, but not so expensive...) and the charging current is 960-980mAh in AC mode, so they are perfect (I ordered 2x2 pcs from 0.5m length to my car, and all of them working fine). The Kernel I used for testing was the RAW r10 Omni with DU 8.2.Well the rating is 1 A, and my experience is it usually took under 3 hours to fully charge the battery under most other kernels, over 4 h is a significant difference.
Any progress with it?Nope that would be mostly useless. I started working on backporting Galaxy Mega 2 drivers though. It's an Exynos 4415 phone with 3.4 kernel and new graphics stack![]()
Well no I don't think so - I've used the same cable in other circumstances and had no issues with it, right now I use it with my new Zenphone 2 and a Quick Charge adapter, and it works according to expectations.In your case, you've got cable problems.
You're new phone not uses the same charging circuit as the N7000 (as well, it uses different communication with the charger)... Change the cable to a proper one (as I described), and the charging time will be OK. (You can measure the current flows to the USB port with an special USB voltage/current meter equipment - or a simple digital multimeter with a modified cable -, to check the charging current).Well no I don't think so - I've used the same cable in other circumstances and had no issues with it, right now I use it with my new Zenphone 2 and a Quick Charge adapter, and it works according to expectations.
You should probably not use Raw Kernel but @bauner's stable kernel until I release the new oneI'm still using the charger came with this phone. I can feel a little bit fast charge when with raw kernel compared before I used this kernel. If I want more faster, normally I will turn off my note and charging it.
