I can't see any profiles there in kernel adiutor , even I purchased the app from play store,

Just rks in init.d

Make kernel adiutor as a system app, you can copy the apk of kernel adiutor in system/app/ inside app folder

And restart your device , try creating a profile in app now by yourself , when get success in creating any profile, just boot to recovery and flash the profile zip, it gonna work.. as I did. And made it working 3 times..

Obviously yes..it doesn't depend on rom or api level but kernel ..

Isn't this for Max 2 and it will work if Max prime kernel have same set of governor's, io scheduler or GPU settings..

Hey folks, I've OCed to 2.8Ghz and the core temp is around 45, is that the same for all of you? The graphics system seem to speed up as well.

I wonder if it can compare with Max 3 if OCed.

so much extra work just to jave a "prettier" UI? weird... kernel adiutor provides everything you need in terms of options.

Man, this is funny.

BTW, I don't even need KA installed. Just flash and your Max 2 will FLY. SOT remained about the same and I have the juice when gaming. Temperatures are the same when idle so this kernel is a job well done.

I am not going to add more profiles since these are enough for all kind of tasks whether gaming or showcasing battery

Hello all,

I'm new to the Mi Max 2 scene but familiar with flashing custom ROM on Samsung phones.

My goal for my Mi Max 2 is to have stable ROM and good batt life, so I flashed latest TWRP, MSM Extend 10 and Magisk V17.1 so far. I plan to do the following next:
- flash latest Hardrock Kernel V19 for Oreo
- install Kernel Auditor from Play Store
- flash KA profile V5 for Oreo
- flash ViperAndroid A to fix call-in volume

Would appreciate any feedback, especially from Hard_Rock83, if these steps correct and will work together.
