Having a clean kernel from half done/problematic/don't need stuff.
Just edit volume sounds in mixer path tasha xml settings in vendor etc.. with an root explorer.
It is much easier to amend the audio tasha file as mentioned in earlier post. I do that myself.
can we expect an update soon for OOS 9.0.11? This kernel is amazing, thanks.
OnePlus hasn't made the kernel side changes of 9.0.11 public yet. Once they do that, then you might see an update.

Pie builds are unified, good to go on 5/5T :good:
Custom ROM variant will only support ROMs that follow CAF/AOSP wifi module usage (I tested on OMNI). So if you use a custom ROM with builtin driver (like LOS), you're out of luck.
Also checkout latest recommended blu_spark extras with blu_twrp v9.110 (Pie support).
You can now use FKM download kernel feature, just import the links bellow in the app flash section :highfive:
blu_spark_r191 release
FKM download configs: oos | custom
Keep in mind: I will give no active support for custom ROMs (including OOS based ones).
I am only interested on debugging stuff in stock and stable OOS (with logs and reproducible steps to replicate the issue).
Don't spam this thread with LOS or other ROMs stuff like "this don't work, my app doesn't open, etc" or debugging features.
Also don't go spam and bug reporting on ROM threads if using this.

I didn't test, but probably not, even Android 9 Custom ROMs are only theoretically supported.
Hello and thank you for the amazing work! After installing latest version of the kernel, OnePlus screen off gestures stop working.
I disabled them all and then tried to enable one at a time but not results..
Any suggestions?

How can I update the kernel without re flashing the entire rom ?
