[Kernel] Blue Bolt [Oreo][Linux 3.10.108][02-06-2018][LinaroTC]

Do you want few more builds of Nougat based kernel till O isn't fully mainstream.

Its giving me an estimate of 6 hours. (My charging cable is not broken)
OP2 has fast charging @1500 mA on stock OOS. it braked after I installed MIUI and never worked for me after.
Right now I'm getting 500-550mA after screen off. I've checked fast charging option on KA.
I'm on stock firmware of OOS 3.6.1
EDIT :
ATTACHED screenshot of some battery info I got from an app.

Sorry m8.. OP2 does NOT support fast charging.
Your are mixing the fact that your adapter has a 2A output with the ability to have fast charging (that for OnePlus purpose is called DASH charging).

And do try another cable and adapter .. BTW if your charging from USB port in your computer.. then the 500-550mA are correct... that is the output from USB charging

Thanks for the reply.
BTW I'm not charging from a computer. I use stock charger and MI power bank.

And are you connecting (if it has) the cable to the 2A output? if you connect it to the 1A output or if it doesn't have an 2A output then that's the issue.. to reach 1500mAh of charging speed you need to connect your cable to a 2A (2000mA) output .

I'm connecting it to the 2A port.
BTW, can you have a look at look at the line 12 of this screen shot, is it causing the problem?

Don't know but it says max.. so probably not... try using the outlet adapter .. and try switching cables.. just because the cable gives you data connection doesn't mean it's not broken...
My original OP2 cable is still ok for data transfer.. but doesn't give me more then 500mAh charging speed..

I have same setup as you, from ROM/ kernel POV.

No issue seen in charging, I get 1800/1900 mAh when charging.

However,
I needed to replace stock cable, as I had barely 900 mAh with it.
After it was replaced by Anker cable in combination with stock charger, I'm getting 1900 mAh.

So, you have issue with powerbank/charger/cable.

I think it is causing the problem coz the units are in micro amps, so 500 000 micro amps is = 500 mA.

This is the app I've used https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.acorilhas.opochargingcurrent . Can you try this on your device?

Thanks a lot.
Like I thought this is the issue for me. Your charge current rate is set at 1500-1910 mA.
While mine is 500 mA.

May be @ShreyanshLodha might help?
Possible. But right now I am in stock kernel.
@ShreyanshLodha, is there a possibility to increase this current rate to 2mA or beyond?

I could see two challenges - it will shorten the battery life and over heating might spoil internals of OP2. What else?

Lastly, what if people are ready to take both the risks. I am ready for that:good:

Possible :highfive:

Can I flash stock kernel of OOS with LOS 15.1?

I have 0 Idea why there's such issue.
I have set charging rate as 1990 Max.
Minimum can be anywhere depending on the cable.
If you are charging phone from computer or laptop then it will give not more than 1000.
But otherwise it should give above 1200.
The possible issue which I see here if of cable. Try using / borrow another cable and check.

My DT2W and Gestures broke on one of the previous release... Couldn't restore even after flashing stock Kernel or doing a clean install. Had to flash OOS and then Lineage to get it back to working. Any idea what went wrong?

Haven't tried the latest version.. Is everything functional with Lineage 15.1?

At first I had same issue with DT2W, just disabled and re-enabled the DT2W option in blue bolt kernel tweaking app. Now no issues.
You might find it a little slow in terms of app loading etc, I used spectrum to activate performance mode if I'm actively using. Otherwise I keep it in balanced mode.

EDIT : gestures break after installing blue bolt on latest lineage 15.1
