All working great here on Danvdh Google Play Edition 4.4.4 except a "error updating camera firmware error" so camera intermittently failing for me. For now I have reverted to the roms stock kernel. If someone know of a workaround to fix I would love to know.

are you serious that you are using dan's GPE or kangkat? It worked fine for the first few boot, I tried again after rebooting 3 times, the phone stuck at android boot up screen.

Please try it again and reboot it several times and let me know if you are stuck at boot up screen.

Hey guys has anyone tested the 19u? I flashed it on goldfinger rom 2.2 which is gnh7 vased and it wouldn't even get to the bootanimation o. It just stayed on the samsung screen with red letters saying kernel...

Boots fine here on Dans 08/30/2014 build GPE and 18U Faux kernel. Does anyone have any experience in sorting out the updating camera firmware error though?

Yes this true, dont listen to other that saying that their phone is working fine they are TROLLs, trolling will not help the developer

I have no reboot problems at all. Were are using foldermount and Link2sd on both ROMs. Tested with base bands NE3 and NI1. They are Canadian phones, rogers network.

The NC1 boot loader phone has not shown any camera errors I.e. updating camera firmware however my MDJ boot loader has.

For now I have reverted both ROMs to the ROMs stock kernel because of the camera error I received.

is it a tw rom? if so, yes it should work (if u have flashed the 19u for tw). try the 18u version, it should work.

Yeap. Tw rom. I flashed the kernel twice, yet it stucked at the flash screen. Had to flash another kernel.

Looking at the changelog it seems 19u and 18u are pretty similar, i'm using 18u on a tw rom right now and i have 0 issues, just fyi

Really' you don't have any camera problems? Its odd then. I had this camera error with faux clock a long time ago well, different rom, back when I was using infamous 4.3

Perhaps I did such a good job of maintaining an mdj boot loader I'm missing a camera few update along the way? Thanks for confirming camera use. Would love to know your version boot loader. Perhaps I'll give faux kernel another try. Is there a way to update camera firmware?

this thing is broken for tw, stuck at boot screen for 3 mins before samsung loading logo shows up. wifi took 10 second to enable.. is this kernel dead? developer dont test before releasing?
