Does i have to flash magisk again after flashing this kernel or magisk stay even after flashing this kernel?
Just to make sure it's not related to apps: are you running the companion app in the background, and also could you please detail the settings in the fingerprint settings you made, a screen shot maybe? CheersFor some reason notification pull down doesn't want to work
I'm pretty sure the apps were running fine, I mean this happened after the update. And sorry I can't post screenshots or something that will be of helpJust to make sure it's not related to apps: are you running the companion app in the background, and also could you please detail the settings in the fingerprint settings you made, a screen shot maybe? Cheers
It might work, but this one's not tested with custom ROMs by meCan i flash this on rom syberia?
Its work on custom rom?
What exactly you see in the logs? It should work on that version just as wellThis is not supported for OP6 with Oxygen 10.3.4?
I'm running TWRP with root and stock ROM. It says unsupported when I try to install.
Thanks for the edit, just noticed it, literally while I was looking at the driversHello, i have a oneplus 6 rooted with lastest magisk at this time, on 10.3.6 OOS version with your kernel ( that i really like btw) with the pro version of the companion and the configuration app.
It's been a while that i wanted to ask you something @tbalden. I'm a user of viper4android and the "stereo" speaker mod for my device. Everything seems to work well, the only complain that I have is relative to the earpiece gain.
Let me explain, the combination of v4a and stereo mod activates the earpiece when you listen something but the volume is pretty low. Usally, I like to bump up a little bit the earpiece gain to balance the sound with the bottom speaker.
I dunno why, but what it is frustrating is when i change the earpiece gain while i'm listenning to something, it's working well, but as soon as i hit pause or stop, the earpiece gain seems to return to certain default value even though in the config app the gain remains at the value that i wanted.
I had to change the earpice gain only when im listening something otherwise it is unuseable.. i don't have this behavior with the speaker gain it works as intended.
Fyi, I don't have others apps to adjust the earpiece gain that could conflict with the configuration app. I have tried without v4a but it is still the same.
I think with my previous other kernel i didn't have this issue. Could you help me to resolve this snag please. It would be very nice from you.
Edit : Apparently it wasn't a kernel issue but a bug from the v9 version of the stereo speaker mod...
Yeah, sorry to bother you for nothing after all. Thanks for the edit, just noticed it, literally while I was looking at the drivers
Good then. [emoji106]
