Kernel Compatibility

I'm using VI 4.02 with Sebastian 1.4.1 and I was wondering if I could safely use the newest Sebastian kernels (1.5.2) as they are for the new 3.33 firmware rather than my current 3.32 firmware.

I'm using VI 4.02 with Sebastian 1.4.1 and I was wondering if I could safely use the newest Sebastian kernels (1.5.2) as they are for the new 3.33 firmware rather than my current 3.32 firmware.

Best way to know is to take a nandroid backup, flash the new kernel, and use Stability Test from market to see if the system is stable (running each test for 10 min or so should help). If everything is good, continue using, if not restore the nandroid to revert to original.
