I think overclocking was working. With overclocked CPU I was able to achieve 20k+ ANTUTU score.Hi guys,
V2 is out. Changelog :-
From now onwards, changelog will be maintained in the second post.Code:V2 -->Enabled last_kmsg -->Added init.d support in the ramdisk -->Added intelliplug - An intelligent hot plugging driver! You sure? Coz I couldn't feel the device getting even a bit more hot. And later on I found out that it wasn't working on moto g (msm8226) either because of some PLL stuff being locked. I can re-enable it, it won't cause any problem as such.I think overclocking was working. With overclocked CPU I was able to achieve 20k+ ANTUTU score.
Please re-enable it.
Yes ... I am kind of sure. Because just before overclocking I was getting ANTUTU scope of around -19.5k but after overclocking I was able to get 20K+.You sure? You won't lose any data by flashing a kernel. No settings/data will be lost.

Also, you are correct on CPU temperature. It remains almost the same. This seems to be the beauty of this device!
Ok... but my phone was giving different results.I just run antutu and got a higher score with 1.4 GHz than with 1.6 GHz. 20320 with 1.4 GHz and around 150 less when I OCed it. The difference in score even in quadrant standard was only 40 points. I doubt that it is working because our chipset is very similar to Moto G. Let me look into it.

Anyways, waiting for your next analysis on the issue.
V2.1 released. Changelog:-Yes add overclocking please
and did you add the ram allocation tech which i showed you?
-->Re-introduced overclocking
ok thanks make sure to include it in kitkat releaseV2.1 released. Changelog:-
No, I haven't added the SLQB allocator. I would prefer to test it before including it in the kernel, and I did not want to delay the release of V2 as kitkat will be out soon and I'll have to rebase everything on the new kitkat sources.Code:-->Re-introduced overclocking
Lol I wouldn't recommend you to overclock at all but perhaps we might be able to go beyond 1.6 GHz (provided it is still stable and doesn't get very hot). Will keep this in mind.ok thanks make sure to include it in kitkat release
And one more silly request
Can You go beyond 1.6ghz
I want horrible power
i dont really care about battery
1.6Ghz doesnt get hot at allLol I wouldn't recommend you to overclock at all but perhaps we might be able to go beyond 1.6 GHz (provided it is still stable and doesn't get very hot). Will keep this in mind.
Kudos to you for this new kernel v2.1.Lol I wouldn't recommend you to overclock at all but perhaps we might be able to go beyond 1.6 GHz (provided it is still stable and doesn't get very hot). Will keep this in mind.
Can you add support FastCharge support in this kernel?Lol I wouldn't recommend you to overclock at all but perhaps we might be able to go beyond 1.6 GHz (provided it is still stable and doesn't get very hot). Will keep this in mind.
It's only for Jellybean. Kitkat sources aren't out yet so you'll have to wait for the kitkat version.M on kit kat, flashed this kernel n now m phone dsnt boot stuck on Sony logo,m using dual variant, plz help
