Just got this phone as my backup and I have flashed Lineage OS 15.1 with gapps and SuperSU root. I just flashed this kernel with EX Kernel Manager. Should I modify any settings? I am looking for good performance but also really want battery life maximized.

**Phone Must be as stable as possible as I use it to tether for work. Sometimes up to an hour to a laptop for video conferencing.

I did select elementalx for the CPU governor.

Does anybody know if it's possible to lower the thermal throttling threshold with ElementalX Kernel Manager? My N5X runs way too hot when WhatsApp video calling (cores 60°C/battery 40°C) and I'm worried this might increase the chance of another boot-loop (I've already had one replacement from LG). Thanks

I tried to search but will the wake gestures app allow you to use double tap without buying the application? Or is the wake gestures app for taking wake gestures further.

I just read an article on the creator (great read btw) on gadget hacks. Never heard of button remapper but its a pretty neat app. Any who, I wanted to test the double tap to wake since I love it on my lg phones but don't want to spend $$ when I don't plan to nor know how to do all the other tweaks and things.

Hi! Double-tap-to-wake feature is a kernel feature. Any kernel manager app will do. Anyway, remember that you need the fingerprint (or other unlock method) to start using your phone.

Just making my gfs old phone ready an I'm not that experienced with magisk.
Latest Stock ROM, Rooted with magisk. Also on stock kernel, no tweaks so far and encryption still in place.

I flashed the latest version over Bliss Rom Android 9.0.0

It booted but was not working as it should be
