UberStock does have a custom kernel built in but also the latest UberStock is still on previous Nougat build not the September patch.Just a heads up..it doesn't boot over uberstock rom either..maybe there is custom kernel inside the rom..

Hi,
it is possible to throttle temp of a individual core rather then a all cluster?
best regards,
John
False. Since Phasma is the default kernel in Uberstock, you are free to flash EX.I read that using EX and uberstock together is unsafe because US ships with Phasma. Is there any way I can use your kernel and uberstock? Flash stock boot image maybe?

From the OP:Hmm, maybe I misread jimyiak's statement. He claims that the combo did not boot:
It should work, if it didn't boot, it is for some other reason. It may be due to some setting that was checked during installation like overclocking. You should only flash ElementalX over the kernel that came with your ROM!!!

My cell service drops and I have to airplane mode on and off to get service again with this kernel. I flashed it over stock 7.0. What logs do I need to provide to figure out what is going on?
And about undervolt?I don't believe so. The clusters are synced to their primary core, CPU0 (little cluster) and CPU4 (big cluster) dictate how the others run.
Search is down so I can't link you to flar2's exact response, but no undervolt on this phone. You'll want to check out the Thermal throttle thread in the general section. Otherwise, if you live/work in a warm climate, this phone is going to buckle at the knees. And about undervolt?
it is possible to change in SnapDragon 808? could it fix my heat issue?
best regards,
John
