i flashed this kernel on top like you said but on SoT i loose about 1% every 5 minutes instead of 10+ like with Androplus (minimum brightness)
the performance overall seems better but i prefer battery life to performance... even edited the kernel using l speed (like i did with androplus) but got the same results

I don't know how you use your phone but 1% every 5 mins is a lot. Is that screen-on or off? I get a way better battery life than stock and Androplus here. Do you have Greenify? Also, there are some VM tweaks you can apply, they are here in XDA.

Same question for me, does it work with 32.4.A.0.160 Firmware? And, if the answer is yes, does it allow me to modify mixer_paths? That doesn't work with Stock Kernel. Oh, and is there some sort of feature list? Can't seem to find one

I forgot to answer the first part of your question - it only works on 7.0, Sony hasn't released the 7.1 kernel source yet, so development can't begin. If it has been released then give them time to update That means no .160 support.

Mixer_paths is a part of /system - it doesn't depend on the kernel afaik. If you have root you can modify it. Maybe you didn't do something right when trying to modify it

Yes, i do have greenify...
for the drain i was just using facebook lite + minimum brightness and it dropped 2% in 10 minutes
then i leaved the screen on the home without touching it and got almost the same identical resolut (7 minutes to drop 1%)
Also i don't know about the vm tweaks

You can change SELinux to Permissive with 'setenforce 0'' in terminal. It doesn't stick after rebooting so don't worry, it will set itself back to Enforcing later

Feedback 2:
The microphone volume in calls is REALLY low and so I tried to increase the gain in Sound Settings from Kernel Adiutor. There I found that Camcorder Mic Gain doesn't stick. As long as you change the page in the app and go back again it's back to 0 (I have unticked both Lock Gain settings and all others work as intended).

Doesn't boot for me either. (flash kernel, magisk, then wipe cache)
I use AICP though, but it's the same base so it should work.
Just love the fact that you are making a kernel for LOS! :good:

edit: did try to wipe system, then flash ROM, gapps, kernel, magisk, wipe cache. Still does not boot.

I've noticed that the screen turns black from time to time. After a while it "comes back" and shows normal behaviour.
Any idea what's going wrong?

I've just removed the custom kernel due to crashing device. So I've flashed the rom and SuperSU again without custom kernel.

I've just removed the custom kernel due to crashing device. So I've flashed the rom and SuperSU again without custom kernel.

Judging by the symptoms, it looks like the addition of mdss: powercollapse is at fault (don't quote me on this tho).

I have had a lot of crashes/reboots. First one when i turned on 'animated clock' within Lawnchair, after that always during typing. I cannot reproduce this random reboot, though.

Edit: last random reboot was while not using keyboard so probably unrelated.anyway, for me it is not possible to provide log.i have dirty flashed lineage again with standard kernel.

updating the ramdisk probably will fix the not booting issue ...
