If you want to charge your battery with the phone of don't unlock your bootloader.
The problem is there.

My E975 unlock bootloader and nothing have problem with charging when phone is off. Using mokeerom 4.4 history version and solidkernel

I don't know the bootloader version but I do unlocking my E975 using freegee

Finally found out flickering fix for CM, it's in Stock KK build.prop
(When using LG KK TrustZone (tz))
