How was the standby drain? What twrp did you use? I used 3.4.0.0 of TWRP. The chrome is super dark and cant see. Can you confirm this or im an isolated case? Do you think its because of not using twrp 3.3.1.1 that bugged mine? Hope you can help me. Thanks!

With stock kernel (using Alexis Rom 1.8) I loose about 15% per night :crying:
Using Airplane-Mode I loose only 2% per night.

As I remember, with Alexis Rom 1.8 it's remommendated to use 3.3.1-1, not 3.4.x.

Something about chrome on my device. Like you cant see the webpage even tried it with chrome beta and the webpage is just black and at the home page of chrome is black and you'll only see pictures but its pixelated the text and background is black. Tried using other kernel and the chrome is fine. Maybe because im using twrp 3.4. i thought i 3.3.1.1 is necessary for his other build. Im gonna try to use 3.3.1.1

For me 15%/night (assuming >5hrs standby) is quite good if you have everything on. Mine looses maybe 15% on a 5 hrs standby with everything off besides wifi with no aod. Anyway ill try to use this again tomorrow with 3.1.1.1 build. Thanks for replying! Sorry for my bad english.

Are you talking about the Google Chrome Browser?

15% per night is with WLAN, BT and 4G, but AOD and NFC off.

Here is a very old Galxy Note 3, it takes only 3% per night with WLAN, BT and 4G.

Oh sorry, yes. Im talking about the google chrome browser app. Its bugged on my device when i installed this specific kernel and 1.8 dev build with twrp 3.4. I can't even update apps like Android system webview just after clean install. So im deducing my problems with having the wrong recovery version why that bug keeps on happening and not having the phone go into deep sleep (doze)

My poco f1 goes through the night like a knife on a butter. maximum of 5% with wifi on also and everything off (constantly receiving notifications on apps like fb messenger). So im kinda stuck why my s9 can't do it with less apps installed and a fresh installed ROM. Cant show it to you right now as i kinda soft brick my s9 and not having my laptop around me this time.

That's not kernel fault. Use twrp 3.3.1.1 and check if it works, this kernel won't be updated and I saw your post on lineage 15.1 thread, why are u using 15.1? U like old stuff.. There's official 17.1 and roms like havoc, etc. I tested havoc with rz kernel & magisk few weeks ago and it was working.
