Hi all,

I haven't been around for some time - vacation and organizational stuff for my wedding in two days :)
I put up r37 finally. Change log:

  • completely rebased kernel on 4.3 AOSP source (android-omap-tuna-3.0-jb-mr2)
  • updated to Linux 3.0.89
  • RAMdisk update: Android 4.3 compatible RAMdisk based on CM10.2
  • removed custom lowmemorykiller values for now
  • removed WiFi drop workaround (has Google fixed WiFi with 4.3?)
  • initialize all(?) possible superuser daemons on boot (hopefully accounts for all different rooting methods)
  • removed discard mount option (trim is issued by 4.3 automatically)
  • added Next Launcher to whitelist (com.gtp.nextlauncher)
  • built with latest GCC 4.7 from new Android NDK r9
  • something else for sure :)

Some things in advance, before people ask questions:
  • USB file transfer is fixed
  • root with PA is fixed
  • no PGM (yet?)
  • no hyper governor (yet?)

Enjoy!
Thanks for the wonderful kernel update! Enjoy your wedding and honeymoon!

Fancy Kernel is the only reason for me not having to move onto other phones!
And i hope your wife knows how lucky she is to marry a guy that's contributing to so many lives around the world!

Thanks for fixing the USB file transfer issue, it was my only complaint with the pre37 builds. I hope you have a wonderful wedding and honeymoon, you sure deserve a break!

That's interesting. I am also on Slimbean Alpha 3.1 and I didn't lose root. Are you using the built in superuser or supersu?

I was using built-in super user, but after flashing r37 root was lost.I tried to change root access through developer options, but no luck.that is why I installed supersu and fixed root by that.
